SP&A, a professional Landscape Architecture firm, opened it's doors to Tulsa in 2003 with the partnership of Carl Szafranski and Jeff Pugh. Both Oklahoma natives, Carl and Jeff have developed a love for this state as well as a desire to be a part of it's continued success. That, combined with a love and respect of nature, has been their drive, to focus on environmentally sound design practices and planning. Now licensed in 5 states, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona and California, SP&A is opening it's doors to other locations in the field of Landscape Architecture.
