Carl J. Szafranski is a graduate of the Landscape Architecture and Horticulture Program at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Carl has worked on a wide variety of projects at Szafranski-Pugh and Associates, Inc. and for previous employers ranging from small-scale residential to large-scale commercial and municipal projects. He is experienced in project production from start to finish including CAD, hand and computer graphics, cost estimating and correspondence. Carl continues to be an important member of Szafranski-Pugh and Associates, Inc. through his skills in project production and completion.
Jeff W. Pugh, a lifetime Tulsa Native, graduated from Oklahoma State University, returned home to Tulsa and promptly began his career at a small Landscape Architecture firm. During his 3 year time there, he gained experience in all aspects of Landscape Architecture from business management to project management. The array of project types that he has played a major role in range from commercial, corporate campus, streetscape, historical preservation, pocket parks and park design, multi-family housing, and high-end residential. In design and implementation of these projects, he coordinated with architects, engineers, contractors, and other disciplines involved on the design team to accomplish the needs and wants of the client.
Upon leaving that firm, Jeff went to work for another local Landscape Architecture firm. With his experience from the previous firm, he began applying that knowledge to a similar array of project types. His experience broadened to include big box commercial, highwayscape, fountain design, and renovation projects while still expanding on more of the master planning, historical preservation, and park design. Jeff also plays a major role in the pricing, construction observation and approval of the finished designs.
